Viva Energy Services was formed in Odessa, Texas by private investors with many decades of oil and gas industry experience. Operations began in February 2006, after the purchase of ten 500 series Taylor Well Servicing Rigs. Since then, Viva has expanded its operations and currently has locations in Odessa, Andrews and Denver City.

Viva now operates 33 rigs in the Permian Basin and other regions in Texas and New Mexico. Along with well servicing rigs, Viva provides a wide inventory of fishing and rental tools, reverse circulating units, blow-out preventers (manual and hydraulic) and Plug and Abandon Services. Viva is well equipped to service and maintain all equipment to meet the needs of its customers.
